Women's Wellness Hiking Retreat
July 20-22, 2018
Basic outline of the weekend:
Day 1 - Friday, July 20
3:00pm - Meet and greet circle in the parking area of Camden Hills State Park.
From there we will gear up and hike the easy 2 mile trail to the Ski Cabin where we will set up camp for the weekend and enjoy a little free time. We will eat dinner together, and then sit around the fire circle to enjoy our first guided personal growth/self reflection activity and sharing time.
Day 2 - Saturday, July 21
Rise early for a brief mindfulness activity and then enjoy breakfast together. We will pack up lunches in our day packs and head off for a hike. When we return in the afternoon there will be a little free time. We will enjoy dinner together around the fire circle for our second guided personal growth activity and group share. We will then enjoy a group sound healing session before we drift off to sleep.
Day 3 - Sunday, July 22
We will rise early for a mindfulness activity and enjoy breakfast together. We will head out for a morning hike and return to the cabin for lunch and our final guided personal growth activity and sharing time. We will then pack up and hike the 2 miles out to our cars for a good bye circle and hugs.
This schedule is subject to change as things may take more or less time than expected due to group needs and weather conditions.

A willingness to challenge yourself and grow.
If you are new to sound healing or crystal singing bowls, you are in for a treat! Sound helps to calm anxiety… quiet your mind… release pain, stress, conditioned thought patterns, and stuck emotions… shift you into a deeply relaxed state where spontaneous healing can occur. This deeply relaxing experience restores harmony to your bodymindspirit through healing sound vibrations from bells, drum, rattle, sacred songs, and Andrea’s angelic vocal toning with crystal singing bowls.
