Building the Nest was a dream for many years that has finally come to life. My dream is to offer sacred space for deep listening, reconnection with nature and your inner knowing. A place to slow down, look within, and reorient yourself to a more aligned path forward. A place to remember who you are. I will offer a variety of experiences as well as invite others to share their gifts here as well.

The Shadow Work Circle

Pelvic Steam Sauna Box Building Workshop & Advanced Steam Ceremony

Join a small group of women for an intimate day of womb connection, deep listening, and pelvic care. You will build your own pelvic steam box from a kit provided, have guided time for inner connection and group sharing, receive info on the herbs used in pelvic steaming and participate in a pelvic steam ceremony with sound healing guided by Vivian Rae Lambert.

The advanced steam ceremony is for people who have either had a one-on-one consultation with Vivian or previously sat with her in another Pelvic Steam Ceremony. In this part of our day, Vivian will teach how to connect with the herbs and their unique healing properties. She'll guide you through understanding each herb's specific gifts - from their energetic qualities to their physical benefits. The session will also cover other supportive pelvic practices that complement the herbal steam work, creating a holistic approach to pelvic wellness and self-care.

Circles meet twice a month on Sept. 11 & 25, Oct 9 & 23, Nov 6 & 20 and Dec 4 & 18

When women are in a room with other women, something magical happens!! In the circle, you will be guided to look within and discover what you need and desire, what is holding you back, and the roots of your challenges. We will discuss various topics relating to your wellbeing, such as relationships, aligned work, self-care, emotional health, vulnerability, sleep, creative expression, mindfulness, spiritual practices, personal growth, and more. This is a wonderful, affordable way to start, or continue, your journey toward wholeness.
