The Nest
Building the Nest was a dream for many years that has finally come to life. My dream is to offer sacred space for deep listening, reconnection with nature and your inner knowing. A place to slow down, look within, and reorient yourself to a more aligned path forward. A place to remember who you are. I will offer a variety of experiences as well as invite others to share their gifts here as well.

FALL CIRCLE STARTS:

Circles meet twice a month on Sept. 11 & 25, Oct 9 & 23, Nov 6 & 20 and Dec 4 & 18
8 circles: $280
When women are in a room with other women, something magical happens!! In the circle, you will be guided to look within and discover what you need and desire, what is holding you back, and the roots of your challenges. We will discuss various topics relating to your wellbeing, such as relationships, aligned work, self-care, emotional health, vulnerability, sleep, creative expression, mindfulness, spiritual practices, personal growth, and more. This is a wonderful, affordable way to start, or continue, your journey toward wholeness.

Dance Gathering

The atmosphere in these monthly dance gatherings is very non-judgmental and so fun! We all just move our bodies how ever we are called as we dance to a variety of fun music. There is something so nurturing about dancing together. Be bold and join us, your whole being will thank you!

Pelvic Steam Sauna Box Building Workshop & Steam Ceremony

Join a small group of women for an intimate day of womb connection, deep listening, and pelvic care. You will build your own pelvic steam sauna box from a kit provided, have guided time for inner contemplation and group connection, and culminate with a pelvic steam ceremony using your freshly made and personalized sauna box.
